Dear Staff, Students, and Families,
This letter is to update the status of RSU #38 schools and contains other important information; please read in its entirety.
Included here is covid information for the district through Friday, December17, 2021.
Please note there will be no pooled testing the partial week of December 20th in any schools. Pool Testing will resume the normal schedule upon return from the holiday break the week of January 3rd, 2022. We highly encourage participation in pooled testing regardless of vaccination status. Part of the Maine standard operating procedure allows students participating in pool testing to continue to stay in classes and participate in school sponsored extracurricular activities. If interested in participating please reach out to your building school nurse.
As a reminder Wednesday, December 22 will be a half day of school in the morning for students which marks the start of the holiday break. All district schools and offices will be closed the remainder of the week. District office will reopen on December 27 thru December 29.
